The primary volume incorporates a prominent gable roof, nodding to traditional residential forms, contrasted sharply with a sleek flat-roofed section.
A large, integrated garage door in a dark finish maintains the monochromatic scheme on the main facade. The landscaping is minimalist and manicured, with low-lying greenery and a gravel driveway leading to a welcoming, tiered pathway at the entrance.
The design balances privacy with inviting street presence, creating a distinct and attractive home in a contemporary suburban setting.
